Hey! Look at what the next door neighbors have done! They bought the lot at the bottom of our hill. (We're to the left and up about thirty feet.) Their foundation went in about a month after ours did, and looky! A whole house! Golly! They went with a local modular company, so it went in really fast. We wish them all kinds of good luck and lollipops and stuff. Yay for them!

(Remember all those massive boulders we have everywhere that we can't figure out a use for? When we move in, I'm building a monstrous catapult to lob a few through their roof.)
