Gypsy
Wagon

Time to set up. First we unload.

Then we jack up the top walls. I have a huge farm jack that I use in the front. It's overkill, since a smaller truck jack is strong enough. We use this one because it's got the height we need, and we know it's safe. Since Craig has to work inside while the walls go up, it's nice to know this isn't going to slip.

On the inside of this wall is a V-shaped wooden strut. Although I have the jack in the center, the strut puts all the pressure on the corners of the interior metal frame, keeping the wall from taking the strain.

That wouldn't work on this end, because of the doorway. In back, we have two separate jacks, one on each side. They're welded to the frame upside down. That way, the bar moves and takes the wall up with it.
